Dr. Alan Wilson is a Consultant Gastroenterologist with over 15 years of experience in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal and liver disorders. He has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of digestive conditions and is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care. Dr. Wilson has a particular clinical interest in inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), coeliac disease, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), liver disease, dyspepsia and the investigation of abdominal pain, altered bowel habits and gastrointestinal bleeding.
